1. Act Now Training will invoice your organisation for this booking. Receipt of a booking form by us implies that you have the necessary internal approvals.
2. The invoice is payable within 30 days of being issued, not after the course has started or after you have completed it.
3. You will have a choice of dates to participate in the live webinars. You have to state your choice at the time of booking (above). You can change your choice of date on one occasion 7 days prior to a webinar. After that time an additional fee of £69 plus vat will be payable.
4. If you do not attend a webinar then there will be an additional charge of £69 plus vat if you wish to attend on another date.
5. You can cancel your booking within 14 days of us receiving it provided that you have not participated in any live webinars and have not accessed the recorded modules or the assessments. If you have done any of the above or cancel after 14 days then the full fee is payable.
6. You can transfer your booking to another colleague in your organisation only if you have not participated in any live webinars and have not accessed the recorded modules or the assessments.
7. For the avoidance of doubt, you cannot transfer your booking to a colleague or cancel the booking after you have started the course.
8. The full fee remains payable even if the course is not completed.
9. Our courses are tailored towards an audience of people who are employed by organisations who deal with personal data and FOI requests. We reserve the right to refuse any bookings especially from consultants and those in the business of information rights training.
