We recognise that not all staff need a detailed full day training course on GDPR.
In just over 30 minutes, the Act Now GDPR E-Learning Platform will allow delegates to grasp the basic dos and don'ts of GDPR. It consists of two narrated modules covering:
- The main provisions of GDPR including new Data Subject rights; and
- How to keep personal data safe and secure
Upon completion delegates will:
- Understand the importance of complying with GDPR and the consequences of not doing so
- Have a good knowledge of the key provisions of GDPR
- Understand what they need to do to comply with GDPR
- Appreciate the importance of good data security
- Know what they need to do to keep data safe
- Be aware of the importance of appropriate data privacy and security policies
- Be able to direct customers and colleagues to appropriate policies
- Know when to ask managers and the data protection officer for advice
In producing these modules we have had regard to the Information Commissioner's Data Protection training checklist.
