Online - How to Handle a Subject Access Request

Under the UK GDPR individuals have a right to access their personal data held by Data Controllers. However, there are some rules and requirements and some exemptions. Subject Access Requests can present some interesting challenges.

During this full day workshop we will take you through each stage and requirement of a Subject Access Request.
