GDPR is not the only law that covers Direct Marketing activities, and yet everyone quotes it and goes to it first.

Direct Marketing and consent can be a minefield and land you in some trouble if you get it wrong. Through this interactive course (classroom or online) we’ll take you through what the requirements are for consent and direct marketing.

We’ll even take you through the definition of what is and what is not ‘direct marketing’ to see what of your activities are caught by it.

If you are responsible for any marketing activities in your organisation, from a basic mailing list through to a complex marketing campaign then this is the course for you. Also, if you are responsible for any website content and settings, then our discussion of cookies and tracking will be useful to you.
