Surveillance Cameras, Drones and the Law

CCTV, drones and facial recognition cameras are increasingly being used by organisations for public safety, crime prevention and employee management purposes. The law around these technologies is complex. Failure to comply could lead to regulatory action by a number of different regulators.

This workshop examines the legal and practical issues associated with all types of surveillance cameras. Referencing the various legislation as well as the Information Commissioner’s code and the Surveillance Camera code, the trainer will help you for an action plan for compliance and avoid the attention of the regulators.

This workshop is suitable for all those involved in managing, using or ensuring compliance in relation to surveillance systems and devices across both the public and private sector.
