All the key issues for Data Controllers as well as Data Processors will be discussed including international transfers, contract clauses and guarantees, security and breach notification and when a Data Protection Officer needs to be appointed. Crucially we will discuss how GDPR is a business opportunity rather than a threat. By the end of the workshop you will be able to write your own action plan for GDPR compliance.
