RIPA Policy and Procedures Toolkit (2015)
Our 2015 RIPA policies and procedures toolkit has been revised to take account of the latest Home Office Codes of Practice (December 2014) and OSC guidance. There is an expanded section on non-RIPA surveillance as well as forms for recording and cancelling the same. The toolkit is written in straight-forward language (avoiding legal jargon) and includes flowcharts to assist understanding. Over one hundred organisations have bought previous versions of this toolkit. More Information.

We also have a guide to completing the standard forms for covert surveillance and CHIS under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Scotland) Act 2002 (RIPSA). More Information.

Our blog contains all the latest news and developments in the world of RIPA and surveillance law. More Information.
Free E-Book: How to Impress an OSC Inspector
In our new E-Book "How To Impress An OSC Inspector", Sam Lincoln (an ex OSC inspector) provides his personal insights regarding how a local authority might best approach an OSC inspection. The information in the book remains relevant regardless of future change to legislation. It is directed at local authorities but is relevant to other public authorities.

If you would like a free copy of the e-book, please contact us.
