| The 15th Oct course in Manchester and 21st October in London are both now FULL. Please book onto our course on 7th November in London. As a result of the Publication Scheme Development and Maintenance Initiative the Information Commissioner has introduced a model FOI publication scheme that he is encouraging all public sector organisations to adopt from 1st January 2009. Authorities must also produce a guide to the specific information they hold and which is contained within any of the scheme’s seven classes. The Commissioner will regularly review the model scheme and guidance documents. It’s time to dust off your old publication scheme, scrutinise your website and put something new in front of the public.
