Independent Financial Advisers
In March 2016, we delivered a GDPR health check for a large IFA firm in the North. We examined their data flows, key policies and procedures and made recommendations for GDPR compliance.
The Rural Payment Agency
Act Now was tasked with reviewing the RPA's information rights handling policies and procedures in the light of best practice and legislative developments. We delivered a report setting out our recommendations. Read more here.

National Housing Group
Review / rewrite of information management policies, with bespoke, tailored training courses at different levels of complexity for varied staff groups, on-going telephone and email support on specific queries throughout the formal period, although email support continues to present.
Scottish Council
We were tasked with delivering training on lawful sharing of personal information about services users in the health and social care field. The training was delivered to generic trainers who have now been tasked to cascade the training to members of staff. We designed the whole training course as well as provided scripts, PowerPoint slides, case studies and model answers to work as training aides.
