I would like to say thank you to Act Now and Ibrahim in particular, for a brilliant course. I have now completed the DPA and FOI ISEB certificates with Act Now and have enjoyed both of them very much (even though hard work was involved in both!). The course was just ideal for me, starting at 10am and finishing at 4.30pm. I liked the venue and the lunches were lovely!. I feel much more informed now on all FOI/DPA related matters. The course was well structured, with good pace and plenty of chance for delegates to discuss and explore the issues raised. While the closed-book exam approach does not reflect the "real world" application of the Act, the preparation provided by Act Now throughout was excellent.
