Privacy PolicyThe following statement explains Act Now Training's policy regarding the personal information you may give to us at anytime e.g. when booking a course or subscribing to our newsletter. The Act Now Newsletter When subscribing to our newsletter we only ask for your email address, your first and surname. This is only used to send you our free quarterly email newsletters, occasional updates on important issues in the field of Information Law and to keep you informed of forthcoming training events run by Act Now Training. If at anytime you feel that you no longer wish to receive this service you can unsubscribe very easily. Send us an email at info@actnow.org.uk or ring us. You have complete control. Training Courses When you book a course we will use your details to fulfil our contract to deliver training to you, contact you with regard to any matter arising from your booking or attendance at our event and distribute a delegate list to course delegates only (We do not pass on our delegate lists to anyone else) and to keep you informed of forthcoming training events run by Act Now Training If you do not wish us to do any of the last two things please send an email to info@actnow.org.uk Sharing Your Information Act Now is the sole owner of the information collected by us. We will not sell, assign, disclose or rent your personal information to any other external organisation or individual. However in order to provide you with a good service, if you have special needs or meal requirements, we may need to pass on your details to the venue but only to make your attendance as comfortable as possible. Act Now uses a list hosting service to collect subscriptions to our free email newsletters. The service is contracted not to use your details for anything else.
