New RIPA Codes and Regulations

FOI, Contracts and Confidentiality, 22-Feb-10
These will come into force on 6th April 2010 and will mean major changes for local authorities and others doing directed surveillance and deploying a CHIS.
 
 
We will be looking at the latest decisions from the Information Commissioner and the Information Tribunal as well as the drafting of confidentiality and FOI clauses. Suitable for both the public and private sectors and their advisers.
